Our workplace is fun, dynamic and supportive.The roleThis position sits within our Urology business unit and is responsible for actively promoting and supporting the adoption of our Urology product portfolio, working closely with customers in theatre.This role covers QLD North: Brisbane North, North Metro, Sunshine Coast, Greater North & Regional North (Cairns).
Based in Brisbane,
with some travel required to regional hospitals as needed.Responsibilities will include:Achieving territory targetsBuilding strong relationships with urologists, theatre staff, and key stakeholdersDelivering product demonstrations, clinical support, and in-service educationIdentifying new business opportunities and growing existing accountsDeveloping and executing territory and call plansMaintaining accurate records and forecasts in Salesforce CRMCollaborating with the Business Unit Manager and internal teamsAttending theatres, customer meetings, and industry eventsAbout youExperience in medical device sales or a related healthcare sales roleTheatre experience is essentialConfidence building close, trusted customer relationshipsValid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularlyComfortable spending the majority of your week on the road and in theatreStrong territory planning and time management skillsTenacious, collaborative and open to feedbackWhy join Endotherapeutics?
