Practice Lead – Psychology Clinic | SubiacoImmediate start available / Lead a busy, established psychology clinic in Subiaco.Join WA's largest private psychology network and step into a hands-on leadership role combining team leadership, client experience and day-to-day clinic operations.Full-time | Supportive team environment | Competitive salary based on experienceThe OpportunityWe're looking for a confident and experienced Practice Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Subiaco clinic.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the face of the clinic, supporting clinicians, leading the administration team and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly and effectively.You'll suit this role if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take ownership, and can balance people leadership with high-level administration and operational responsibilities.KEY: While this role is based in Subiaco, applicants who are open to opportunities at other central and/or metropolitan locations are encouraged to apply, as opportunities may arise across our growing network.Key ResponsibilitiesLead front-of-house operations and create a welcoming client experienceManage clinician diaries, scheduling and clinic flowOversee billing, Medicare and funding processes, including NDISLead and support the administration team, including rostering, training and onboardingCoordinate referrals and manage client enquiriesWork closely with the Clinical Director and Operations teamMonitor clinic performance, including utilisation, gaps and reportingSupport effective communication between clinicians, administration and leadershipEnsure compliance, privacy and day-to-day clinic standards are maintainedIdentify opportunities to improve clinic processes,
