you will lead the development and implementation of engaging learning experiences that support children's individual strengths, interests, and developmental needs.
You will work closely with educators, families, and centre leadership to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and evaluate a high-quality educational program aligned with the approved learning frameworks.Create engaging learning environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration.Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development.Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Support children's learning through intentional teaching and meaningful interactions.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and centre goals.Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation.Collaborate with educators and centre leadership to promote positive outcomes for children.About YouBachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)VIT registrationStrong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and kindergarten programsPassion for play-based learning and intentional teachingCollaborative, reflective, and organised approachExcellent communication skillsHolds or willing to obtain WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Mandatory Reporting, and Police CheckWhy Join Woodlands?
