This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable data infrastructure while also diving into data to uncover insights and support decision-making.You'll be instrumental in designing and maintaining data pipelines, enabling reliable access to high-quality data, and delivering clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across the organisation.What You'll DoData Engineering:Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform and deliver data from various sourcesProblem solving manual processes towards automated solutions working towards scalability and consistency across the businessDevelop and manage cloud-based data platforms (Alteryx Serve r) to support analytics and reportingEnsure data integrity, security,



and performance across systemsData Analysis:Explore and analyse structured and unstructured data to identify trends and opportunitiesCreate dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to communicate insights effectivelyCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutionsGovernance & Collaboration:Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standardsWork closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvementWhat You'll BringExperience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field.Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL technologiesProficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python and VBA.Experience with reporting platform and reporting practices (Tableau, PowerBI)Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data tools (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, Snowflake).
