We are looking for a detail-oriented person to support our pre and post sales activities.
Responsibilities include collating and processing customer data with the support of AI agents built for this purpose.It is a hands-on role which combines data administration, processing, analysis, reporting and general support for our Business Development Managers.
Training will be provided (in Brisbane & Perth) on our internal systems and processes; however, applicants must be confident working with data, Excel spreadsheets and different software platforms.
About the role
This position combines data administration, reporting and business development support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Entering, updating and validating consignment and customer dataCustomer onboarding and trainingPreparing data for current-business analysisUsing Excel, business software and AI-assisted tools to process and analyse informationReviewing system-generated outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies and unusual resultsMaintaining accurate customer and opportunity records in our CRMCreating and maintaining dashboards and reportsProviding reporting,



administrative and analytical support to our Business Development ManagersAssisting with continuous improvements to data quality, reporting and internal processes
About you
To succeed in this position, you will have:
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approachConfidence working with dataThe ability to identify errors and question results that do not look correctAn understanding that AI-generated information must always be reviewed and validatedStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to learn new systems and processes quicklyClear written and verbal communication skillsA helpful, proactive and team-focused attitude
