Working closely with the Audit and Compliance Manager, this role plays a key part in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control processes across Iglu.Key responsibilitiesConduct risk-based reviews under the Annual Assurance Plan,



including testing and documenting audit proceduresPrepare clear audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholdersTrack and validate remedial actions to ensure timely resolutionLiaise with business units to gather information and identify improvement opportunitiesContribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies and toolsDo you have what it takes?
General understanding of audit concepts, processes and internal controlsStrong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with key stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage information accuratelyCompetent with Microsoft Office suiteCommercial acumen with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously as well as contribute within a team environmentA related degree in commerce, business, finance or accountingExperience in audit, accounting, risk management or a related field is highly regardedCurrently holds, or is planning to pursue, a CA, CPA or equivalent qualificationFlexibility to travel interstate throughout the yearWhat's in it for you?
