We are seeking an organised and proactive Transport Compliancer Officer to join our team full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
This role works closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure fleet, driver, and operational compliance across the business.
The successful candidate will oversee servicing schedules, vehicle compliance, recruitment, inductions, safety processes, and general transport administration.
This role is a mix of warehouse operations and office administration.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs for fleet vehicles and trailersMaintain vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance recordsEnsure NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance standards are metMonitor driver compliance including licences, inductions, medicals, fatigue management,
and training recordsConduct and manage employee site inductionsEnsure load restraint procedures and safe loading practices are followedAssist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actionsMaintain safety documentation, policies, checklists, and compliance systemsSupport the Logistics Manager with day-to-day operational compliance and fleet coordinationPromote a strong workplace safety culture across drivers and operations staffSkills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year experience in a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilitiesExperience in transport or logistics industry preferredImmediate start is available for the right candidate.
