Supporting this capability is our dedicated Rigging Services until an independently operated division responsible for the assembly, inspection, certification and lifecycle management of rigging and lifting equipment across our entire company and client projects.Due to continued growth in our Perth based operations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Rigging Inspector to join our Bibra Lake facility on a 5:2 roster.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, safety and operational readiness across our Heavy Lift activities.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:Permanent full-time position based at Bibra Lake – Mon- FridayCompetitive hourly rate aligned to experience and qualificationsStable pipeline of work across major resource and infrastructure projectsAccess to a modern, well-maintained fleet and purpose-built Rigging workshopSupport from an established leadership team with robust operational backingKey responsibilities of the role include:Conduct inspection, testing and tagging of rigging equipment in accordance with NATA requirements and relevant Australian StandardsPerform repairs and maintenance to a wide range of rigging equipment to ensure compliance and serviceabilityManufacture and assemble rigging equipment, including chain slingsMaintain accurate inspection records, certifications and compliance documentationManage inventory control, stocktakes and asset traceabilityReceipt, process and store incoming equipment and materialsPick,



pack and dispatch equipment to project sites in accordance with operational requirementsWhat you'll bring:Minimum two years' experience as a Rigging Inspector (Senior level preferred)Current High Risk Work Licence with the following: LF, RI, C6 (highly desirable)Experience in monorail and davit crane testing (desirable)Knowledge around NATA compliance and procedures and relevant Australian standardsSound computer literacy with the ability to prepare reports, inspection documentation and certificationLife at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
