They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property Manager to join their innovative and dynamic residential property management team.
Work onsite at a brand-new luxury building located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.The Assignment:
Work in one of Brisbane's most desired buildingsSupport Property Management across multiple luxury inner city buildingsConduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!

The Successful Candidate:
Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experienceQLD Certificate of RegistrationStrong legislation knowledgeHigh level of attention to detailStrong organisational skills
