They supply eco-friendly alternatives to plastic products—including containers, cups, and cutlery—to cafes, restaurants, and businesses nationwide.We're looking for a hands‐on Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Lead to help drive the day‐to‐day performance of our warehouse at Rosehill.
This is a practical leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, working alongside their team, setting explicit standards, and making sure the operation runs safely, efficiently and on time.You'll play a key role in coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting and developing the team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently followed.

organisation and efficiencyPromote a strong safety‐first culture and ensure WHS procedures are followedAssist with maintaining HACCP standards for food packaging materialsMonitor inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepanciesEnsure warehouse systems and processes are followed correctlyIdentify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow and productivityCoach, support and motivate team members to achieve performance expectationsMonitor daily KPIs, productivity and service levelsAssist with training and onboarding new team membersWork closely with the Warehouse/Operations Manager and other site leaders to keep the operation running smoothlyWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environmentExperience supervising, leading or coordinating a warehouse teamA hands‐on leader who is comfortable working alongside their teamStrong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch processesGood organisational and communication skillsA strong focus on safety, accuracy and getting the job done rightUnderstanding of WHS and HACCP requirements is highly desirableExperience with warehouse management systems — RF Smart / NetSuite highly regardedA practical problem‐solver who can stay calm and organised in a fast‐paced environmentCurrent forklift licence is highly desirableReady to Take the Lead?
