Permanent full-time opportunity$90,000 + SuperMonday to Friday, 6:00am-2:30pmMeadowbrook locationHands‐on leadership role with genuine responsibilitySupport from an experienced Warehouse Operations ManagerOpportunity to lead multiple areas of a busy warehouse operationThe RoleWorking closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure customer orders are completed safely, accurately and on time.Key duties will include:Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouseLeading and coordinating picking, despatch and driver teamsAllocating staff and workloads to keep operations running efficientlySupervising, supporting and developing warehouse team membersMonitoring productivity and ensuring daily targets and KPIs are achievedOverseeing goods receival,



storage and despatchMaintaining accurate stock levels and investigating discrepanciesCoordinating cycle counts and stocktakesEnsuring orders are picked and despatched accurately and on timeIdentifying and resolving workflow issuesMaintaining high standards of quality, housekeeping and customer serviceEnsuring WHS policies and protected work practices are followed at all timesWhat We're Looking ForYou'll be an experienced warehouse leader who can communicate confidently with different teams, stay organised when priorities change and lead by example.Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse/distribution teamStrong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent communication skills - essential for this roleExperience managing multiple teams or warehouse functionsStrong knowledge of stock control and inventory processesExperience with scanners and warehouse inventory systemsAbility to work to schedules, deadlines and customer requirementsStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsConfident problem solver who can use initiative and make decisionsAbility to maintain productivity while keeping safety front of mindForklift licence highly regardedIf you're an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a permanent role where you can take ownership of the day-to-day operation and lead a strong warehouse team, we'd love to hear from you.
