We're partnering with a well-established Australian automotive aftermarket organisation to recruit an Entry Level Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join their team.Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this is an exciting entry-level opportunity ideally suited to a recent school leaver, hospitality worker, retail team member or someone early in their career looking to develop professional skills and establish a long-term career within customer service and administration.To provide a strong foundation for your success, you'll spend approximately the first 3-4 months based at the company's Altona North Distribution Centre, gaining practical exposure to products, operations and customer processes.This hands-on training period will help you develop valuable industry knowledge and a strong understanding of how the business operates before transitioning to the company's Hawthorn East office, where the role will be permanently based.The OpportunityThis is an outstanding opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience across customer service, administration and business operations.You'll receive full training and support while developing a strong understanding of the organisation's products, systems and customers,
helping establish the foundations for a successful long-term career.Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to customer enquiries via phone and emailAssisting with order entry and order processingSupporting the customer service team with administrative tasksMaintaining customer records and updating system informationLiaising with internal departments regarding customer orders and deliveriesAssisting with documentation and general office administrationLearning product knowledge and customer processesSupporting the wider team with day-to-day operationsWhat We're Looking ForThis role is all about attitude.
