You will gain hands‐on experience while developing your technical and professional skills in a supportive team environment.Your responsibilities will include:Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS with support from senior team membersAssisting with audit procedures and audit workpapersSupporting clients with taxation and business services mattersLiaising with the ATO, ASIC and other government agencies on behalf of clientsProviding administrative support and assisting with ad hoc projectsBuilding your accounting, taxation and business advisory skillsAbout youTo be successful in this role,



you will have:A completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or related discipline (or be in the final stages of completing your degree)Intention to commence, or be currently undertaking, the CA or CPA programStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsA willingness to learn and develop professionallyA professional, honest, and client-focused approachExperience with Xero, MYOB and Handisoft would be highly regardedWhy join Dickensons Accountants?
