servicing insurance brokers across Australia.What you'll do:Perform manual and regression testing as part of the software delivery lifecycleContribute to QA process improvements and provide feedback to enhance efficiency.Help implement and update requirements and testing documentation to ensure tests are comprehensiveCoordinate with developers to support timely, stable releasesHelp prepare test environments and gather test dataLearn and contribute to test automationWhat we're looking for:At least 2 years of QA experience, ideally in an insurance, fintech, or compliance-heavy environmentAn understanding of test case design, positive/negative testing, and edge case handlingA minimum foundational programming knowledge in PHP and JavaScriptAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills to liaise and collaborate with team members, department heads and stakeholdersFamiliarity with a GIT-based workflowWillingness to learn automated testing frameworks over timeWhy join CZ?
