12-month contract + 12-month extension optionCanberra based | Hybrid working arrangementWe are seeking an experiencedProgram Managerto take on a key leadership role delivering the ICT fit out within a major Federal Government transformation program.
This position will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical ICT infrastructure upgrades across multiple sites, ensuring successful coordination of project activities, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation.TheProgram Managerwill be responsible for but not limited to;Lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT infrastructure and technology fit-out projects across multiple locationsManage project scope, requirements, schedules, and delivery outcomes while coordinating with project managers and workstream leadsDrive benefits realisation activities, including defining, tracking, and reporting program outcomesManage stakeholder engagement and cross-stream dependencies to ensure successful project deliveryPrepare and deliver program status reports, risk updates,



and governance documentation for senior stakeholdersTheProgram Managerwill have experience in the following:Proven experience delivering ICT infrastructure, technology refresh, site uplift, or network-related projects within complex environmentsStrong program and project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, delivery coordination, and risk managementDemonstrated experience managing benefits realisation, performance reporting, and project governance activitiesExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business areas, technical teams, vendors, and governance forumsExperience managing multiple workstreams, project dependencies, and competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentumStrong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate outcomes and resolve delivery challengesThis is an exciting opportunity foran experienced Program Managerto contribute to a large-scale ICT transformation program delivering critical infrastructure upgrades across Australia.
