As the Events Marketing Manager, you'll lead Flight Centre Brand's expo and event presence, transforming face-to-face interactions into qualified leads, brand engagement, and sales opportunities.
From large-scale consumer expos to regional roadshows and partner activations, you'll ensure every event delivers measurable outcomes while showcasing our Trusted Experts and offers in a way that is unmistakably Flight Centre.
You'll collaborate across marketing, product, retail, and support teams to bring innovative event experiences to life and create meaningful connections with customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor event performance against KPIs and business objectivesDrive qualified leads into stores through engaging and effective event strategiesManage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environmentBuild solid relationships with retail frontline teams, leadership, and key support functionsShowcase Flight Centre's Trusted Experts and value proposition through impactful event experiencesProject manage event marketing deliverables from concept through to execution and post-event evaluationCoordinate pre-event, live event, and post-event marketing activity to maximise reach and engagementPartner with Product and Partnerships teams to deliver exclusive offers, deals, and activations at eventsCollaborate with marketing, product, finance, IT,
