Many of our customers are seeking help with sleep challenges for the first time.
Your ability to listen, build trust, provide guidance and create a positive experience will be central to your success.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help customers understand their therapy, gain confidence using their equipment and achieve better health outcomes.You Will:Welcome customers,



understand their needs and provide personalised supportAssist customers in-store and over the phoneInvestigate and help resolve therapy-related concernsSet up equipment and provide ongoing coaching and supportFit customers with masks and recommend suitable solutions following trainingEducate customers on the safe and effective use of their equipmentBuild customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing careProcess sales, payments and administrative tasksMaintain store presentation, merchandising and stock levelsManage trial and sales stock, including reordering when requiredComplete product training and stay up to date on Resmed solutionsWork collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experienceAbout YouWe care more about who you are than what you've done.
