you'll play an important role in keeping the venue running smoothly and helping lead the team through busy services.Your responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting the FOH team during serviceTaking an active leadership role during busy shiftsHelping coordinate the floor and ensuring service runs smoothlyHelping maintain high standards of service, presentation and hospitalitySupporting team training and developmentCommunicating clearly with the team and managementTaking responsibility for the smooth operation of shifts when requiredWhat we're looking forYou'll need to be someone who is confident taking charge of a busy service and comfortable being the person the team looks to when things get hectic.We're looking for someone who:Has previous hospitality supervisory experienceCan confidently supervise a team during busy, high-pressure servicesIs calm, organised and solutions-focused when things don't go to planCan give clear direction while maintaining a positive and supportive team environmentHas strong communication skills and leads by exampleIs proactive and willing to get stuck in wherever neededHas excellent attention to detail and high standardsCan take ownership of a shift and make good decisions on the floorHas a genuine passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experienceHas an interest in Italian food, wine and hospitalityMost importantly, we're looking for someone whoenjoys leading a team and wants to play an active part in making great services happen.If you're a switched-on hospo skilled who wants responsibility, variety and a great team around you without stepping straight into full-time venue management, we'd love to hear from you.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
