This is a unique opportunity for a Logistics Specialist to step into a blended role that combines export operations with deployment planning - making a real impact across our supply chain.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll take on a hands‐on export role, supporting key operational processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

We're seeking a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is eager to contribute to a business experiencing sustained global growth.What You'll DoManage and support end-to-end export operations across our Oceania networkPlan and coordinate export shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standardsLiaise with a wide range of stakeholders including major customers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teamsPrepare and manage export documentation and certification requirementsDevelop and communicate inventory deployment plan to manufacturing plants, warehouses and 3PL providersMaintain system parameters to align inventory planning with logistics service and cost objectives, factoring in product seasonality, sales segmentation, supply alternatives, logistics constraints and MLOR requirementsMonitor and report on key financial and operational metricsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costsAbout YouProven experience in international trade, logistics, planning or a related fieldTertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or international business (preferred)Experience in FMCG or food export industries is highly regardedStrong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive changeHighly organised, detail‐oriented, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesStrong analytical and problem‐solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)This is a great opportunity to be part of a cooperative team where your contributions will make a real impact.
