You will lead by example, ensure works are completed safely and efficiently, and support the delivery of traffic,



civil, and infrastructure projects across the Sunshine Coast.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a small civil and electrical crew on siteCoordinate daily tasks and allocate labour and plantEnsure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirementsRead and interpret plans, specifications, and work instructionsLiaise with supervisors, subcontractors, and traffic crewsMaintain site records including pre starts, SWMS, and daily reportsPromote a positive safety culture and high standard of workmanshipAbout YouProven experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Civil OperatorStrong background in civil construction, ideally including roads and servicesPrevious leading hand experience in electrical pit and pipe installation is highly regarded.Ability to lead crews and communicate clearly on siteStrong safety focus and understanding of WHS requirementsRelevant tickets such as plant, roller, excavator, or skid steer highly regardedWhy Join Trafflec?
