MuraConnect is partnering with a Queensland Government organisation to identify an experienced Implementation Project Manager to support the delivery and go-live of a major Salesforce CRM transformation.This role will take ownership of the critical implementation and go-live phase, bringing together multiple project streams including Salesforce CRM, data migration and integrations, and coordinating the activities required to ensure the organisation is operationally and technically ready for deployment.Working closely with the Project Director, project managers, PMO, technical teams, business stakeholders and external delivery partners, you will lead the planning, coordination and execution of implementation activities through to successful go-live and transition.The RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating implementation and go-live activities across multiple project workstreams, with a solid focus on:Developing and maintaining detailed implementation and go-live plansCoordinating schedules, dependencies, milestones and implementation activitiesCoordinating go-live activities across Salesforce CRM, data migration, integrations and associated business readiness streamsDriving business and operational readinessCoordinating technical readiness, testing, deployment and transition activitiesPlanning and supporting cutover and go-liveManaging implementation risks, issues and dependenciesCoordinating post-implementation support arrangementsWorking closely with change management and business representatives to support communication, training and user adoptionFacilitating workshops, implementation meetings and working groupsCoordinating vendors, suppliers and project resourcesEnsuring non-functional requirements are tested, delivered and signed offPreparing implementation reports,

Experience within government, legal, justice or human services environments, as well as working with external vendors and implementation partners, will also be advantageous.
