You'll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests—setting the tone with genuine warmth, effortless professionalism and outstanding attention to detail.What you'll doWelcome guests with a warm, confident and personalised approachCoordinate smooth vehicle arrivals, departures and valet operationsWork closely with Front Office,
Concierge and Guest Services teamsMaintain a seamless flow during busy arrival and departure periodsHandle guest requests with discretion and a solutions-focused attitudeEnsure every vehicle is treated with care and every guest feels valuedYou're naturally organised, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome.
