Role ResponsibilitiesCoordinate formal and informal supportsManage clients with complex needs and handle crisis situationsCollaborate with a Multidisciplinary PanelEngage with Mental Health, Justice System, Housing, and Health sectorsUndertake clerical administration and report writingNetwork and communicate with key stakeholdersWork independentlyWork in a sensitive,



complex and demanding environment with a high degree of autonomy and self-management.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of Certificate IV in Community Services or related disciplineMinimum 2 years' experience working with participants with moderate to complex mental health issues, high medical needs, and/or behavioural support needsExperience in Forensic Disability or Forensic Mental Health is a plusDemonstrated in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and experience working with its participantsValid Driver's License with a suitable, insured vehicleA current Working with Vulnerable People registrationRecent police check (or willingness to obtain one)Competitive remuneration ($78,000 – $89,000 per year, plus Superannuation)Chance for hybrid workDedicated support from senior coordinatorsAccess to EAP
