Ranging from the Sunshine Coast all the way to Byron Bay and anywhere in between for domestic, commercial and industrial projects.We have the opportunity for an experienced semi driver to join the Coastal Demolition family where you will be well compensated with a competive industry wage, ******* hours each week & and a truck of your own to operate and care for.Tasks & responsibilities:Complete prestart activities, planning your day's work, completing any necessary paperworkLoading and unloadingor demolition materialsOperation of wide-ranging company machines ranging from 18t to 40tKeeping regular communicationwith base whilst completing runsKeeping your machine well maintained, clean, and in full working orderReporting any incidents or damage incurred to your machineBasic communication with management,
onsite teams and customers when working on siteLooking for opportunities to increase business and efficiencyAssistance withotheryard duties when machine work is limitedGetting out of the machines to help with sorting picking and directing trcuks in and out of siteOccasionally covering other staff, including someweekend workExperience & qualifications:Minimum of 5 years' prior experience with machine operation in DemolitionMulti ticketed machine operators with demolition experience in;Shears, pulverisers & hammers30 tonne excavators and overMulti-storey high rises, industrial and factory demolitionConstruction CardStrong safety mindsetWillingness to work throughout SEQ as well as FIFO periodicallyAbility to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol TestReliable punctualityEfficiency in the job with an emphasis on safetyBenefitsRoutine work start time of 6:30amLocation on the Gold Coast - we work from as far south as Byron Bay, north to the Sunshine Coast and west to ToowoombaFriendly work environmentJob securityReadily available overtimeAttractive base salary & regular reviews based on your skillsAbout us:We are a family operated business based in Gold Coast, operating a Demolition business based around sustainability and being an eco alternative for our customers.
