Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with this Aboriginal Health Service in Recent South Wales to help them find an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join their team on a short term basis for 3 months.The DetailsCommencing 7 September ***** month agency contract$94 per hour plus 12% superannuationFully furnished housing providedReturn travel providedUse of a car providedAs the Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the GP Clinic, Specialist and Allied Health Clinics and Dental Clinic.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a team, drive continuous improvement and ensure the smooth and effective operation of services.Your role will include:Leading and supporting a teamOverseeing day-to-day clinic operationsWorkforce planning, recruitment, staff development and performance managementEnsuring funding, KPI, accreditation and compliance requirements are metLeading quality improvement initiativesSupporting Medicare billing and health data reportingSupporting budget management and financial sustainabilityManaging policies,
