We are looking for a guest experience skilled with a passion for customer service and sales to join our team on a casual basis in a very fast-paced Front Office role.The successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of the Front Office Reception and Concierge services, with tasks including, but not limited to:Ensuring all aspects of front office reception and concierge services run smoothlyStrong sales skills in promoting and selling accommodationGuest relationsReservationsAdministrationGuest Feedback and complaint handlingMaintaining accurate guest accounts & guest historyDelivering a high level of professional customer experienceResponding to accommodation enquiries,



processing reservations and accounts.In-house guest safety and securityProperty SecurityNight Audit Reporting and reconciliationThe successful candidate will be required to demonstrate the following:Passion for providing friendly, personalised customer serviceExcellent communication and time managementskillsHigh level of attention to detailReliability and flexibilityEnjoy working both autonomously and in a team environmentHigh level of personal presentationA genuine interest in a career within the hotel industryHotel Reception and Concierge experience desirableExperience in Front office systemsThis is a Casualposition with rosters published on a monthly basis.
You must be available to work shifts, from 7 am- 2 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays.
