We're recruiting for a large, complex organisation seeking an experienced AI Solutions Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership across the design, build and delivery of AI solutions on both Microsoft and AWS platforms.
This is a technical leadership role, not purely strategy.
You'll be designing and building AI-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot and AWS Bedrock, while mentoring developers and guiding delivery from proof-of-concept through to production.What you'll be doing:Designing and building AI agents, copilots and automation solutions across Microsoft and AWSTranslating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and integration patternsImplementing orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge groundingLeading integration with enterprise data sources, APIs and knowledge repositoriesMentoring developers and solution builders, and providing technical leadership across POCs,



pilots and production deliveryEmbedding security, governance and Responsible AI practices into every solutionSupporting formal AI risk assessment and governance processesWhat you'll bring:Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI servicesStrong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and cloud-native AI servicesSolid software development and API integration backgroundExperience with prompt engineering, agent development and RAG architecturesProven technical leadership and mentoring experienceExperience in regulated or government environments highly regardedThis is a great opportunity for a technically solid AI engineer who wants to lead delivery, not just advise on it , within a large-scale, governance-conscious environment.
