As a Distribution Connectivity Specialist, you'll be the trusted expert responsible for connecting and maintaining land product distribution across key platforms and supplier integrations.You'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability remains accurate, reliable, and functional while partnering with internal teams, suppliers, channel managers, and technical stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise, relationship management, and problem solving to deliver seamless connectivity outcomes across Flight Centre Travel Group.This role can be based in all AU cities with a Flight Centre head office.What you will do:Respond to and resolve incoming connectivity queries within agreed SLA timeframes, effectively prioritising multiple requestsEstablish, test, and maintain reliable API and channel manager connections for land productsCollaborate with suppliers, connectors, channel managers, and internal technical partners to ensure accurate product connectivityTake ownership of connectivity issues from identification through to successful resolutionCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes when issues sit outside direct team controlOperate across connection management systems and tools including Postman, Splunk, HotelHub, Central/TravelBox,
