We're looking for an Admin & Facilities Co-ordinator to join our People Team and play an important role in the day-to-day running of our Surry Hills office.This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who enjoys being hands-on, helping people and getting things done.
You don't need years of facilities or office management experience — what matters most is that you're organised, reliable, confident communicating with others and keen to learn.You'll be the person helping make sure our office is well stocked, well maintained and a great place for our people to work.What you'll be doingOffice Operations & SuppliesHelp manage office stationery, kitchen supplies and general consumablesCoordinate orders and maintain appropriate stock levelsLiaise with suppliers and service providersHelp keep kitchen, printing and shared office spaces organised and presentableMonitor office supplies and identify when things need to be replenishedFacilitiesCoordinate day-to-day facilities requests such as cleaning, maintenance and repairsLiaise with building management and contractors when requiredHelp ensure the office is safe, functional and welcominAssist with office equipment including printers,
phones and meeting room technologyHelp identify and resolve day-to-day office issuesAdministration & SupportProvide general administrative support to the People Team and wider businessMaintain office records, contact lists and documentationAssist with onboarding and offboarding, including workspace setup and equipmentHelp coordinate meetings, room bookings and office calendarsSupport team activities, events and other People Team initiatives when requiredHelp maintain office procedures and processesSupport workplace health and safety requirementsKeep records and documentation up to dateLook for simple ways to make our office processes more efficientWhat are we looking for?
You don't need to have done this exact role before.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation and willingness to learn.Some experience in administration, reception, customer service, coordination or a similar roleStrong organisational and time management skillsA proactive and hands-on approach — you see something that needs doing and get onto itGreat attention to detailConfidence communicating with a range of people, both internally and externallyThe ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesA positive,
