award rates and key information are captured accuratelyCalculating termination payments and entitlements, coordinating recovery of overpayments in line with company policyUpdating employee salary entitlements as required, including back-dated changesEnd-to-end payroll processing, including payments to employees and superannuation fundsConducting quarterly superannuation reviews to ensure contributions comply with legislation and guarantee capsManaging employee administration and responding to payroll queriesDelivering end-of-cycle and month-end reporting to finance teamsAbout You3/5+ years' end to end experience in a similar payroll department that deals with high volumes and complexitiesStrong proficiency in ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA practical, can-do problem-solver who's happy working autonomouslySharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality assuranceA strong team player who also knows how to lead when it counts
