Seeking a casual Group Facilitator to deliver therapeutic relationship education programs in-person and online21st August, ****About Relationships AustraliaRelationships Australia NSW (RANSW) supports people through all forms of relationship distress, delivering timely, compassionate and expert care that strengthens wellbeing and connection across NSW.About the RoleAs a Casual Group Facilitator in our Relationship Educator Program, you'll deliver therapeutic group sessions in-person and online, supporting individuals and families to strengthen their relationships.
You'll facilitate groups in-person at an Aboriginal Alcohol & Drug treatment centre.Sessions run in the day and evenings, with a supervision session beforehand and note-taking afterward, totalling 4 hours per group.
You'll work alongside a supportive team and contribute to a protected, engaging, and reflective learning environment.The detailsCasual contract opportunityDelivery of in-person and online group programs in Bathurst regionSessions are typically held 9am to 1pm and 3.30pm to 8.00pmAvailability to facilitate approximately 2-3 groups per school term (Monday to Friday)Salary approx $*****-$***** an hour (depending on skills & experience) + 30% casual loading + 12% superWhat You'll BringFormal qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related disciplineExperience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups with adults, children, or families is essentialTraining in Tuning Into Kids (TIK), Tuning Into Teens (TINT), Parenting After Separation (PAS) and Circle of Security (COS) is desirableA trauma-informed, client-centered approachStrong communication, empathy, and reflective practice skillsValid NSW Class C drivers licence and own comprehensively insured motor vehicleWhy work with us?
