Food Technologist - Maternity Leave ContractAbout the Company: Our client is an established food manufacturer producing pastry, ready meals, slow-cooked products, soups and salads for major Australian retailers.About the Role: This full-time 9-monthmaternity leave contract will support the NPD team through the later stages of product development, with a focus on soups, meals and salads.You will manage smaller NPD projects, coordinate factory trials and ensure products are successfully handed over to production.Key responsibilities:Coordinating factory-scale trials and product launchesLiaising with production, operations, QA and chefsPreparing factory recipes, batch sheets and production handover documentsDeveloping photo standards, quality guides and manufacturing instructionsSupporting first production runs and troubleshooting scale-up issuesCompleting product specifications,
