Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring quality processes, product complaints, supplier communications, and compliance activities are managed effectively.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product complaints and post-market surveillance activitiesCoordinate device returns and supplier follow-up requestsMaintain non-conformance reporting and CAPA processesSupport document control,
audits, and quality compliance activitiesAdminister eQMS systems, including user access and supportPrepare quality metrics, safety reports, and ad hoc analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsAbout YouExperience in a Quality, Compliance, or Quality Assurance roleStrong administration and Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to prioritise, multitask, and work across multiple teamsContinuous improvement mindset with high attention to detailExperience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industryKnowledge of ISO **** and/or ISO ***** quality standardsInternal auditing experienceExperience using Q-Pulse or a similar electronic Quality Management System (eQMSLifeHealthcare is guided by a set of values; Accountable, Agile, Authentic, and Customer Centric that define who we are and how we work.
