As a Maintenance Gardener, you will be play an important role within the community, ensuring gardens, grounds and outdoor areas are safe, well maintained and visually appealing.
You'll take care of day-to-day gardening and grounds maintenance tasks while engaging positively with residents.
This role is ideal for someone with robust gardening experience who is friendly, proactive, and enjoys a varied, hands-on role.This is a permanent full time opportunity working Monday to Friday (7am - 3pm).

Your ImpactAttend to various maintenance requests to create a protected & pleasant environment for residents, visitors and staffBe responsible for the maintenance of all village gardens including weeding, mowing, hedging, pruning, mulching and green waste removalEnsure all community spaces are appealing and safe for our community and visitorsMaintain effective working relationships with maintenance contractors and suppliersCarry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedulesComplete additional adhoc tasks delegated to you by Community LeadersBuild strong relationships with our residents and enjoy helping them to live their best lives with well-maintained areas.What you'll bringGardening or grounds experience,
