Cloud Cartel is a Perth-based digital agency working across websites, branding, SEO, Google Ads, social media and ongoing marketing support.We work with established Australian businesses across property, hospitality, professional services and industrial sectors.The roleWe are looking for a Digital Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate their digital marketing activity.You will be the main point of contact for your clients, responsible for understanding their business, keeping communication clear and making sure campaigns and projects are delivered properly.You will work across SEO, Google Ads, social media, content and website projects.
You do not need to be a specialist in every channel, but you should understand them well enough to discuss strategy, review performance, brief our delivery team and explain results to clients.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day relationship with assigned clientsLead client meetings, reporting and planning discussionsUnderstand each client's business goals and marketing prioritiesCoordinate campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media, content and websitesPrepare explicit briefs for designers, developers and marketing specialistsManage tasks, feedback,



timelines and approvals through ClickUpReview campaign performance and recommend next stepsPrepare and present monthly and quarterly reportsQuality-check work before it is sent to clientsIdentify risks, issues and opportunities earlyKeep client communication and project documentation organisedDepending on your experience, you may also assist directly with SEO or Google Ads campaign management.What we're looking forTwo to four years of experience in a digital agency, marketing or similar roleExperience managing client relationships and expectationsA working understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media and websitesConfidence leading meetings and presenting campaign resultsThe ability to interpret data from GA4, Google Ads and Google Search ConsoleStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood organisation and attention to detailThe ability to manage multiple clients and deadlinesPerth-based and available to work from our Subiaco officeExperience with WordPress, Elementor, ClickUp would be useful but is not essential.Working at Cloud CartelYou will work closely with our directors, designers, developers and marketing specialists while having responsibility for your own clients.We value people who pay attention to the details, work well with others, take responsibility and want to keep improving.
