As the Inventory Coordinator – My Touring, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, analysing, and optimising contracted inventory across a diverse touring portfolio.
Working closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, you'll provide visibility into inventory performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive smarter business decisions.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly analytical qualified who thrives on data, forecasting, and continuous improvement.Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, ensuring inventory records remain accurate across all systems and reporting platformsMonitor inventory commitments, utilisation, release deadlines, and inventory exposure, identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with Product ManagersConsolidate inventory and sales data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely performance reportingPrepare and distribute regular reporting on inventory utilisation, sales performance, passenger loads, forecast position, budget performance, and year-on-year trendsAnalyse booking patterns, sales trends, and inventory performance to provide commercial insights and recommendations that support decision-makingForecast inventory requirements using historical performance, seasonality, and current sales trends to support inventory planning and revenue optimisationCollaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to provide inventory visibility, performance insights, and support budgeting and forecasting activitiesDrive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, automation, business intelligence tools, and data governance practices, while contributing to a safe, inclusive,
