You understand the importance of safety,



predictability and therapeutic relationships in a secure OOHC environment.Minimum 6 months paid experience working in Out-of-Home Care.QualificationsMinimum Certificate III, IV or Diploma of Community ServicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsUnderstanding of therapeutic, strengths-based and person-centred careARC therapeutic model training (or willingness to complete)Mandatory requirements (or willingness to obtain)NSW Working With Children CheckNational Police Check (less than 12 months)NSW Driver's LicenceFirst Aid and CPRNDIS Orientation ModulesAustralian working rightsTwo relevant refereesShortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview.
