As a valued team member, you will be expected to adhere to our strict safety-first culture and make a positive contribution.As a Fluid Management Operator, you will:Operate equipment within approved operating and safety proceduresPerform manual labour tasks including rig up /rig down of associated equipmentPrepare and complete pre-starts, pre-mobilisation,



and post-mobilisation checklists as neededPerform basic maintenance as neededMaintain a safe work area through compliance with HSEQ requirements and procedures.Activelyparticipatein all safety meetings and incident reportingBe fit for work to perform all tasks associated with the role including driving when necessaryWhat we are offering:Drive in / Drive out, even time roster consisting of 12-hour shiftsAccommodation and mess provided whilst on rosterOn-the-job training with third-party competency-based safety certificationBe part of a team where your impact is recognised and work–life balance is genuinely prioritisedA qualified working environment where your safety is our first priorityAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has previous field-based, remote, or oil & gas experience (highly regarded)Holds a current driver's licence (HR licence advantageous)Holds relevant licences and tickets including CPR, First Aid, Well Site Permit to Work Holder, Industry Safety Induction (ISI), Operate and maintain a 4WD, Load Restraint, Telescopic Material Handler, Gas Test Atmosphere (highly regarded)Has a strong safety focus and ability to work autonomouslyIs motivated, reliable, organised with a professional approach to workAbility to pass a pre-employment medical, drug screen, and national police clearance
