As an independent practice, they take the time to get to know their patients, understand what they need and get the details right.They're now looking to add another person to their team for 2-3 days per week.
Part-time or casual can be discussed, with the potential to pick up additional days or increase your regular hours over time.Optical experience would be ideal, but it's not essential.
Full training can be provided for someone with the right approach and willingness to learn.The roleYou'll be one of the friendly faces' patients meet when they visit the practice,



helping create a personal and positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.Your day will include:Welcoming patients and managing appointmentsAssisting with frame selection and eyewear recommendationsProcessing orders and supporting day-to-day practice administrationAdjusting and troubleshooting eyewearHelping patients with questions and finding practical solutionsAbout youThey're looking for someone who is good with people, takes pride in getting things right and enjoys finding solutions.You'll be:Friendly, approachable, and patient-centredDetail-oriented and organisedConfident building rapport with peopleA practical problem solverKeen to learn and develop your optical knowledgeIf you're already part of the Mundaring or wider Perth Hills community, even better, but it's certainly not essential.This is an opportunity to bring what you're already valuable at - people, problem solving and attention to detail, and build the optical knowledge around it.
