Working closely with the Residential Manager and a multidisciplinary team, you'll oversee clinical and care services, provide guidance to staff, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
Your focus will be on maintaining quality of life, dignity, and respect for every individual, while coordinating care and supporting best practice across the site.This is a part time opportunity with the following rostered hours:Friday and Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pmKey Responsibilities:Comprehensive clinical assessment and review of residents' care needsProvide leadership and promote a collaborative approach to clinical and care staff to ensure delivery of person-centered careActively support and work cohesively with the clinical care teamSupport the Residential Manager in identifying training needs and performance management of clinical and care staffFacilitate and coordinate the admission process for new residentsReview residents' assessments prior to requests for AN-ACC re-classificationsCompletion of Mandatory Quality Indicator DataAnalysis of monthly clinical KPI dataReview and investigation of clinical incidentsSupport staff to encourage the enablement of transition care clients ensuring the best outcomes for the clientsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and quality standardsKey Requirements:AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)Experience in relevant field, preference will be given to candidates with leadership experienceComprehensive knowledge of evidence-based clinical and care practicesDemonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement, accreditation requirements, AN-ACC funding requirements, and documentationExperience with clinical problem solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused careSatisfactorily pass all relevant Key Personnel checks including Bankruptcy and Police ClearanceWhy Join Us:Attractive rate of pay from $***** to $***** per hour depending on experience plus 12% superAccess to salary sacrifice options up to $18,550 per annumSupportive and welcoming organization with tremendous growth opportunitiesHealth insurance discount with Medibank or HBFNon-profit, values-driven Western Australian aged care providerAccess to Juniperks-an online platform for retail discounts, employee perks and wellness initiativesFree in office parking
