Our strength is authenticity: deep local knowledge, long-standing supplier relationships, and a team that genuinely loves this part of the world.About the roleAs Senior Operations Manager, you'll sit at the heart of the business keeping tours running efficiently, supporting a passionate team, and making sure our customers and suppliers always experience us at our best.
This is a senior role with real scope, reporting directly to the General Manager.Key responsibilities:Own the annual activity calendar, build it, improve it, and keep the whole business on track against itManage day-to-day operations across the full extended tour programDevelop and implement systems that drive consistency, efficiency, and transparent communication internally and with suppliersMake sure the operations team has the people, equipment,
