We are currently looking for experienced plumbing subcontractors and established plumbing teams to work alongside our team on upcoming projects.We are looking for reliable plumbers who can work efficiently, work from drawings and maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout all stages of the project.About the RoleWorks may include:Rough InsHigh level drainage inclusive of sewer stack work, stormwater stack work & required roll overs & basement works)Pressure services including (riser cupboards, basement reticulation)Fit off fixturesYou will be expected to:Read and work from hydraulic, architectural and relevant coordinated drawingsSet out fixtures and services correctly from architectural plans, fixture schedules & approved documentationWork closely with our site supervisors and project teamComplete works to the project programme and required quality standardKeep work areas clean and maintain good housekeepingCompliance & Workmanship RequirementsAll works are to be completed in accordance with the current applicable requirements, including:NCC Volume Three – Plumbing Code of AustraliaAS/NZS ****** – Water ServicesAS/NZS ****** – Sanitary Plumbing and DrainageAS/NZS ****** – Stormwater Drainage, where applicableAS/NZS ****** – Heated Water ServicesAS/NZS ****** - Gas Installations,
