What you'll be doing:You'll be the friendly, reliable voice connecting clients, families and service providers - coordinating care, solving problems, and making sure every client feels heard and supported.Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls ******/day) in a structured, quick-paced support environmentBuilding trusted relationships with clients, families and providersCoordinating services, bookings and appointments for clientsLiaising with service providers to organise supportMaintaining accurate, up-to-date client records in the CRMMonitoring service delivery and resolving enquiries with professionalism and careCollaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding client outcomesAbout YouRecent contact centre experience is essential — this is a non-negotiableExperience in aged care, disability,
