Barely go into the officeLead, Coach & Drive Performance We're looking for an experienced Property Management leader to take ownership of a high-performing team and help drive performance, consistency and growth across the state.This is a leadership-focused position with no traditional portfolio management responsibilities.
Instead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of under 10direct reports, providing direction, coaching and support while ensuring strong processes, accountability and results.You'll work closely with the broader leadership team, including the GM Manager and other leaders with plenty of support around you.The Role You'll play a key role in:Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of under 10 Property Management professionalsDriving performance,



accountability and results across the stateSupporting team members to develop their skills and achieve their goalsImplementing and maintaining robust processes and proceduresEnsuring the team operates consistently and efficientlyProviding guidance around complex tenancy matters and escalationsBeing a subject matter expert when it comes to VCAT and Victorian rental reformsWorking closely with senior leadership on team performance and business outcomesDeveloping your understanding of revenue and P&LManaging; occasional escalated client matters, which may include taking on a small number of properties where requiredAbout You:We're looking for someone who has already stepped into a leadership capacity within Property Management and genuinely enjoys developing people and improving performance.You'll ideally have:Proven experience managing and leading direct reportsStrong Property Management experienceExcellent knowledge of VCAT and Victorian rental legislation/reformsA natural coaching and mentoring styleStrong understanding of processes, procedures and operational efficiencyConfidence dealing with escalated client and tenancy mattersAn interest in developing your commercial understanding, particularly around revenue and P&LStrong; communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider leadership teamIf you're an experienced Property Management leader who enjoys coaching people, improving processes and driving results, we'd love to hear from you.
