Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll assist with the secure handling, movement, and processing of cargo while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.Service DeliveryPerform basic freight handling and operational tasksAssist in loading, unloading,



and movement of freightOperate non-airside equipment (non-aircraft AAF only)Support higher-level operators in daily operationsParticipate in training and development programsUse basic communication and computer systemsStandards, Compliance and SafetyFollow all company safety procedures and instructionsMaintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirementsReport hazards and incidents promptlyWork under supervision to ensure safe task completionWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking reliable, safety-focused team players who enjoy physical work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be comfortable working outdoors, adapting to changing priorities, and contributing to a high-performing team.Important InformationThis is a physical, shift-based role operating across a 24/7 roster.
Shifts include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.To be successful, you must be able to:Perform repetitive lifting and manual handling tasksDrive airside vehicles and operate ground support equipment safelyHold and maintain a valid Australian Driver LicenceWork outdoors in varying weather conditionsObtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)Previous aviation or ground handling experience is desirable but not essential.We provide comprehensive training to successful candidates, giving you all the tools you need to start and grow your career in aviation.
