This is an opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic or HVAC/R Technician to transition into a more specialised technical support role while continuing to use the hands‐on industry knowledge and technical expertise you've built throughout your career.You'll become a key technical contact for customers,
providing support across commercial refrigeration, control systems, monitoring platforms and BMS.
You'll help customers troubleshoot issues, configure solutions, support commissioning activities and get the most from their systems.The role combines technical problem‐solving with customer interaction and offers exposure to a broad range of activities, including technical support, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, warranty assessment, system integration and customer training.The role is primarily office‐based, with occasional customer site visits required.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support via phone, email, remote access and occasional customer site visitsSupport commissioning, configuration and troubleshooting of control and monitoring solutionsTroubleshoot commercial refrigeration control systems, including CO2 applicationsAssist customers with product selection and application supportProvide after‐sales technical support and warranty assistanceConduct warranty assessments and root cause analysisDevelop and maintain supervisory graphics, BMS layouts and monitoring configurationsSupport integration of refrigeration controls with BMS and communication networksDeliver customer training and technical presentationsAssist with pre‐configuration activities and system preparationCoordinate with international HQ, R&D;, Quality, Sales and Service teams to resolve technical issuesMaintain accurate technical documentation and service recordsAttend customer sites when required to support commissioning, troubleshooting and technical serviceAbout You To be successful,
you'll have:Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent HVAC/R qualificationQualified Refrigeration Mechanic or HVAC/R Engineering backgroundMinimum 4 years' experience within the HVAC and refrigeration industryStrong understanding of commercial refrigeration, particularly CO2 systemsExperience with refrigeration controls, monitoring or supervisory systemsStrong knowledge of BMS, communication networks and control system integrationStrong technical troubleshooting, analytical and problem‐solving capabilityAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applicationsConfidence working with technical drawings and documentationStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service focus and professionalismAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and commercial teamsA proactive mindset and willingness to learn current products, software tools and technologiesExperience with Java and/or HTML scripting would be advantageousWhy Join?
