The services we provide range from mine development, production, cable bolting and drilling, raise boring, shotcreting and haulage fleet.THE OPPORTUNITYPYBAR is currently seeking an experienced and driven Shift Supervisor to join our new Hillgrove Project.The position will be based in Armidale, NSW, working on a 2:2 roster.
Multiple points of hire will be considered across Eastern and Southern Australia.As an Underground Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews to deliver safe and productive development works.
Working closely with site management and technical teams, you'll ensure compliance with operational plans, drive performance, and maintain a strong focus on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement underground.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide day to day supervision and leadership to the underground teamMonitor and supervise underground mining activitiesPromote positive safety behaviours and help build a culture of accountability, ownership and safety first thinking across the site.Use digital tools (e.g. INX)
