Job DescriptionAurizon Bulk has a number of new and exciting entry level opportunity at our Cloncurry depot as a Trainee Freight Operator.Aurizon are committed to growing business in Regional Queensland and will be looking to utilise local talent to fill these opportunities.About the roleUndertake the theoretical and practical components of the training programEnsure that the loading and unloading of customer's products are carried out efficiently and safelyOperate heavy lift machineryInspect rollingstock for faultsRectify minor faults on rollingstockConduct brake testing of trainsEffectively communicate with other depot personnel face to face and via two-way radioUndertake shunting and marshalling of trainsAbout the EmployerAurizon is Australia's largest rail freight operator and a top 100 ASX company.
