We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage international export shipments from initial request through documentation, compliance, freight coordination, tracking and final delivery.About the RoleYou will be responsible for:Managing international exports end to endCoordinating Dangerous Goods, temperature sensitive and specialised shipmentsPreparing and reviewing export and DG documentationEnsuring customs, regulatory and internal complianceCoordinating warehouses, freight forwarders and carriersProactively tracking shipments and managing exceptionsWhat We're Looking ForYou will ideally have:Experience in export coordination, international freight,



shipping or logisticsProven end to end international export experiencePractical Dangerous Goods experienceExposure to temperature sensitive or specialised cargoStrong knowledge of export documentation and complianceExperience working with freight forwarders, carriers and warehousesStrong tracking and exception management skillsExcellent attention to detailAbout youYou don't consider the job finished once the freight is booked.If a shipment hasn't moved, you want to know why.If documentation isn't right, you question it.If delivery is at risk, you act before it becomes a problem.You take ownership of the shipment journey through to successful delivery.The OpportunityJoin a global organisation managing complex international movements and specialised products.
