Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Software Asset Manager to join Crown's Procurement team, leading the development and maturity of Crown's Software Asset Management (SAM) capability across the enterprise.Key responsibilitiesEstablishing and continuously improving Crown's Software Asset Management framework, governance, controls and lifecycle management practicesManaging software licensing, compliance and publisher audit activities to minimise risk and ensure audit readinessIdentifying software optimisation opportunities through utilisation analysis, licence rationalisation, cost avoidance and value realisation initiativesPartnering with Technology Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture and key stakeholders to support technology investment and application lifecycle decisionsDelivering reporting, insights and analytics that support governance, commercial decision-making and continuous improvement outcomesAbout YouThis role suits an experienced Software Asset Management or technology governance professional who combines strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of software licensing, compliance and optimisation.
You are confident working across technical and commercial environments, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve business performance and maximise technology investment value.You will bringExperience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Technology Vendor Management, Procurement or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of software licensing, compliance management, audit management and software lifecycle practicesProven experience delivering software optimisation, licence rationalisation and cost saving initiatives within complex enterprise environmentsExcellent stakeholder engagement, commercial management and analytical problem-solving capabilitiesA Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, Procurement, Finance or a related discipline, with relevant SAM, ITAM or governance certifications highly regardedCrown Resorts is a great place to visit and it's an even better place to work, a place where you can play your part in creating joyful experiences for our guests and our people.
